Photo: Jason Reed/Reuters.As the New York Times reported on its website today, the G-8 nations have failed to reach an agreement on goals for eliminating Greenhouse Gases. One observer even claimed that - gasp - President Obama was doing no better the George W. Bush on this score. That's a pretty low bar when it comes to climate change on the international stage.
